How the Private Label Process Works

• Step 1 — You share your brief. Style references, your logo file (ideally vector format — AI, EPS, or high-res PDF), and any packaging preferences. If you do not have a logo file ready, a high-resolution image works to start.
• Step 2 — We confirm what is feasible. We come back with a quote that includes branding costs, production cost per piece, and an estimated timeline. No surprises after this stage.
• Step 3 — Sample with branding. Before bulk production, we produce a sample with your actual label and hang tag attached. You approve this before we proceed.
• Step 4 — Bulk production. Once the branded sample is approved and the advance payment is received, production begins. Your branding elements are manufactured in parallel.
• Step 5 — Packing and shipment. Bags are packed with your branding in place — labels stitched, hang tags attached, packaging applied. They leave our facility ready for your shelves.
